Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New York Properties has launched sales for 262 55th Street, a five-story condominium development in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. The building houses five condominium units ranging from one-bedroom, one-bathroom units up to three-bedroom, two-bath full-floor homes.
Designed by Evan Chan Architect, the building’s brick façade features wood slat accents and a simple punched window system. Each home comes with either a private outdoor balcony or a terrace, the largest of which spans 600 square feet. Units also feature washers and dryers, fixtures and appliances, a resident lounge, and a 1,000-square-foot communal roof deck.
Pricing ranges from $1.39 million to $2 million with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New York Properties as the exclusive marketing and sales agent. Immediate occupancy is available.
