Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 649 Hart Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Central Avenue and Myrtle Avenue, the lot is steps from the Central Avenue subway station, serviced by the M train. LW Developers Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 28,035 square feet, with 27,875 square feet designated for residential space and 160 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 42 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 663 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 47-foot-long rear yard, and 19 enclosed parking spaces.
S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
