Located between Meeker and Manhattan Avenues, the lot is within walking distance of the Graham Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Yisroel Greenfeld is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 79-foot-tall development will yield 13,499 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 20 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 674 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have ten open parking spaces.
Kao Hwa Lee Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the warehouse on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
