Stop calling this AFFORDABLE HOUSING!
This is INCOME LINKED HOUSING and only affordable to upper class rich people, not the low income people that need this housing.
What a joke.
Thank God 421A died a slow death.

I AGREE THIS DEFINITELY NOT AFFORDABLE HOUSING. I’M ON DISABILITY & LIVE ON LES I PAY JUST AS MUCH RENT FOR A SMALL STUDIO W/O ALL THE IN APT AMENITIES SO I CAN’T BE ACCEPTED CUZ I DON’T FALLINTO THE HI INCOME BRACKET YET I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY SOMEONE EARNING OVER $100,OO0 NEEDS A LOWER RENT OR SAME RENT I’M PAYING & THEY GET FAR MORE FOR THEIR $’S.. I’VE SEEN THIS OVER & OVER AGAIN.. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION WITHOUT A DOUBT I’M ILL AND CANNOT WORK SO I DON’T DESERVE TO LIVE IN A DECENT APARTMENT I NOT ONLY SPEAK FOR MYSELF BUT FOR ALL THOSE IN THE SAME POSITION THIS MADNESS MUST CHANGE..I NEED AFFORDABLE HOUSING WILL YOU HELP ME??
