Designed by Davis Brody Bond and developed by RAL Development, as well as financial partners Junius Real Estate Partners and Suffolk Construction, the 176,000-square-foot edifice stands topped out and will open as an affordable and market-rate office building for technology firms with a range of amenities. Zero Irving is located along East 14th Street between Broadway to the west and Third Avenue to the east. Leasing is now underway with JLL as the exclusive marketing agent.

Installation of the glass curtain wall is progressing on Zero Irving, a 21-story mixed-use building at 124 East 14th Street in Union Square. Designed by Davis Brody Bond and developed by RAL Development, the building will yield 240,000 square feet of affordable and market-rate office space for technology firms and amenities for occupants. Financial partners Junius Real Estate Partners and Suffolk Construction are also helping to develop the property, which is located along East 14th Street between Broadway to the west and Third Avenue to the east.

Located across from Pier 6 along the Brooklyn Heights waterfront, it sits next to the southern tip of Brooklyn Bridge Park. Quay Tower Sees Brooklyn’s First-Ever $20 Million Condominium Sale

Quay Tower is not like most of the new residential skyscrapers rising in Brooklyn. The project sits directly against the Brooklyn Heights waterfront, soaring 30 floors above the neighboring brownstone-filled streets, and features a glassy façade paired with brushed copper-hued metals that evoke the iron girders along Pier 6, nearby.
