Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 2719 Fulton Street in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. Located between Wyona Street and Bradford Street, the lot is three blocks west of the Van Siclen Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Sanjeev Kumor is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 7,853 square feet, with 6,216 square feet designated for residential space, 1,567 square feet for commercial space, and 70 square feet of community facility space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 620 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Anthony Cucich Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
