Available on NYC Housing Connect are 160 units for residents at 30 to 60 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $18,515 to $99,300.

Residences come with name-brand finishes, ample closet space, and energy-efficient appliances including washers and dryers and dishwashers. Amenities include bike storage lockers, recreation room, security cameras, gym, business center, concierge, and outdoor areas including a rooftop terrace. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 30 percent of the AMI, there are 21 units with a monthly rent ranging from $465 to $800 for incomes ranging from $18,515 to $49,650. At 40 percent of the AMI, there are 19 units with a monthly rent ranging from $665 to $1,147 for incomes ranging from $25,372 to $66,200. At 50 percent of the AMI, there are 19 units with a monthly rent ranging from $866 to $1,494 for incomes ranging from $32,263 to $82,750. At 60 percent of the AMI, there are 101 units with a monthly rent ranging from $1,066 to $1,841 for incomes ranging from $39,120 to $99,300.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than September 19, 2022.
