Permits have been filed for an 11-story mixed-use building at 633 New York Avenue on the border of Prospect Lefferts Gardens and East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Fenimore Street and New York Avenue, the lot is near the Winthrop Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Bill Wolf Petroleum Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 73,445 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 75 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 979 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard and 39 enclosed parking spaces.
Newman Design Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
