I like the still-boxed toilet.
But no light over the mirror with the sad, partial soffit.
Amateurs…
STOP CALLING THIS AFFORDABLE HOUSING!
THIS IS INCOME LINKED HOUSING AND ONLY AFFORDABLE TO UPPER INCOME PEOPLE , NOT THE LOW INCOME PEOPLE OF NYC.
WHAT A JOKE
THIS IS A TAXPAYER SUBSIDY TO MILLIONAIRE DEVELOPERS
421A IS DEAD FOR THE TIME BEING

70,000 homeless people in five boroughs with thousands more to come from migrant pilgrimage from South America and Senegal and NYC is still building luxury public housing for the rich in middle and low income residential neighborhoods. This is a parody of equity.
130% means gentry
The migrants will come here this is true. But,rest assure they will save their money, send it home, start businesses and then go back to the country they claim ed mistreated them.Once again foolish America.
