Construction is rising on 355 West 39th Street, an 11-story residential building in Midtown West, Manhattan. Designed by Gilman Architects and developed by Man Hei Li under the 355 Hudson Yard LLC, the 115-foot-tall structure will yield 19,255 square feet with 26 rental units spread across 17,023 square feet, as well as 1,603 square feet of commercial space, 629 square feet for a community facility, and a cellar level. EFIN Management is the general contractor for the project, which is located near the northeast corner of Ninth Avenue and West 39th Street.

The below rendering of 355 West 39th Street was posted on the construction fence and shows the massing featuring stepped setbacks beginning on the sixth floor and leading up to the parapet. The setbacks will make way for shallow Juliet balconies on the lower three levels, with more expansive terraces topping each level from nine through 11. The envelope appears to be composed of floor-to-ceiling glass framed with light-colored paneling and dark mullions, with the western elevation left mostly blank.

The property is located one block south of the 42nd Street-Port Authority Bus Terminal station, serviced by the A, C, and E trains. This station provides underground access to the Times Square-42nd Street station to the east, which is serviced by the 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, W, and Shuttle trains.
355 West 39th Street has an anticipated completion date posted on site for spring 2025.
