Prime Equity has revealed the first interior images of 1346 Pacific Street, the developer’s most recent condominium project in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Designed by ARC Architecture + Design Studio, the four-story building features seven open-concept homes, all equipped with private outdoor space, name-brand fixtures, and modern appliances.
The façade of the building is constructed of pale tan brick framing large punched windows with dark metal casements, and balconies with tempered glass enclosures.
Available units range from 649-square-foot one-bedroom homes up to a 1,688-square-foot penthouse with a large private garden. There is also a smaller penthouse unit measuring 870 square feet with a private rooftop terrace.
Exclusive marketing agent The InHouse Group launched sales in July, with pricing beginning at $580,000.

I like the building. It’s a unique contrast with it’s neighbors, but it has nice lines. I also like the smallish but well appointed interiors. NYC is expensive so making some more ‘affordable’ by having a small but well designed apartment is a good thing. Hope the new occupants enjoy their homes.
Really fits in well with its neighbors. NOT. Another reason why I’m glad I live in a Landmarked area, where abortions like this are not permitted.
Yes yes i like it. Thank you
