Designed by Karl Fischer and developed by CS Real Estate Group, the structure yields 64 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 40 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $45,360 to $227,630.
Amenities include pet-friendly policies, garage with assigned parking spaces, bike storage lockers, shared laundry room, common area wifi, package lockers, gym, recreation room, business center, children’s playroom, and a rooftop terrace. Residences come equipped with name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes, energy-efficient appliances, intercoms, air conditioning, hardwood floors, and a patio or balcony. Tenants are responsible for electricity.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are 15 studios with a monthly rent of $2,156 for incomes ranging from $73,920 to $146,900; 18 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,245 for incomes ranging from $76,972 to $165,230; six two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,710 for incomes ranging from $92,915 to $198,250; and one three-bedroom with a monthly rent of $1,323 for incomes ranging from $45,360 to $227,630.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than October 3, 2023.
