Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 308 Halsey Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Throop Avenue and Tompkins Avenue, the lot is near the Kingston–Throop Avenues subway station, served by the A and C trains. Rafael Reihanian is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 8,863 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 886 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 20-foot-long rear yard.

Alexander Zhitnik of Z Architecture PLLC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
