Located between 104th Street and 108th Street, the interior lot is near the 111th Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Franklin Torres is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 6,243 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 780 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 39-foot-long rear yard.
Chien Han Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
