Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 221 Frost Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Kingsland Avenue and Humboldt Street, the lot is near the Graham Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Arie Bar Chaim of Brooklyn AZ Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 8,760 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have nine residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 973 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, a 33-foot-long rear yard, and two enclosed parking spaces.
Ariel Akrab of Technemotion Design is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the structures on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
