Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 40-46 24th Street in Astoria, Queens. Located at the intersection of 24th Street and 41st Avenue, the corner lot is near the 21st Street-Queensbridge subway station, serviced by the F train. Jasper Wu under the 23-17 41st Avenue Holding LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 72-foot-tall development will yield 37,588 square feet, with 30,036 square feet designated for residential space and 7,551 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 42 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 715 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 21 enclosed parking spaces.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
