Construction has topped out on Allora, a ten-story residential building at 281-289 Broadway in Bayonne, New Jersey. Designed by Yossi Melamed of Melamed Architect and developed by Lior Darel of Bayonne Equities BII Urban Renewal, the 145-foot-tall structure will yield 128 units, 2,420 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and 135 enclosed parking spaces.
Recent photos show the reinforced concrete superstructure built to its pinnacle with wooden formwork aiding in the settling of the top floors. Façade installation has yet to commence.
Renderings depict the exterior composed of gray and white cementitious paneling surrounding a grid of floor-to-ceiling windows with yellow trim. Stepped setbacks on the southern and eastern elevations are shown topped with landscaped terraces, and the parapet features an expansive roof deck with lounge chairs surrounding the amenity level, which will feature a fitness center, spa, and resident lounge.
Allora is located steps from bus service for the 81 and 120 lines. Beyond that, the 8th Street NJ Transit line, which services the Hudson-Bergen train, is an eight-minute walk to the southwest of the property.

It looked like they wanted to go to the rooftop, which has a rather private view with beautiful yellow trim: Thanks.
