New images have been revealed for Bruckner House, a 12-story residential building at 40 Bruckner Boulevard in Mott Haven, The Bronx. Designed by S9 Architecture and developed by JCS Realty Group, the structure spans 400,000 square feet and yields 365 rental apartments with interiors a collaboration between S9 Architecture and Husband.Wife, including 110 units designated as affordable housing. The property is located at the corner of Bruckner Boulevard and Alexander Avenue.
Residents of Bruckner House have access to a variety of amenity spaces, including a contained inner garden, a rooftop lounge with skyline views, an outdoor theater, and a BBQ lounge. The project also offers a fitness center, a pool table lounge, and a VR lounge.
The project’s aesthetic, a modern interpretation of the classic loft, incorporates clean lines and contemporary finishes, designed to complement the historically industrial character of the area. Each apartment offers keyless access and in-unit washers and dryers.
The development opened for occupancy in January. The property is located steps from the 3rd Avenue-138th Street subway station, which serves the 6 train.

As someone who was forced to flee the South Bronx half a century ago, all the current developments there are completely unexpected. Long Island City is unrecognizable. The city continues to change and generally get better.
More good news for the Bronx.
This is finished right? Cuz I’ pretty sure those are photos not renderings.
Definitely finished. People already moving in. 138 Bruckner also just finished
I’m interested this your property can you please send me the application for this project apply I am looking for 3bed room me and my family
I wouldn’t live here unless they improved that 138th
Street subway station, iIts a hell hole full of danger & crime,
The design makes sense since I believe these are the same developers of The Bridgeline right behind it. It seems like they are sister properties. And then that would be the same people who started the regeneration of the area when they developed the Clock Tower into lofts.
