Hartz Mountain Industries recently completed construction on Teterboro Logistics Center, a 515,421-square-foot industrial facility at 1 Malcolm Avenue in Teterboro, New Jersey. The cross-docked facility offers direct access to the I-95 corridor between Washington, DC and Boston, serving approximately 50 million residents. Hartz Mountain Industries developed the project as part of its ongoing focus on industrial assets in the Northeast.
Teterboro Logistics Center features 40-foot ceilings, 83 dock doors including four drive-ins, 94 trailer stalls, and 331 car parking spaces. It utilizes eight-inch concrete slab flooring suitable for high-volume heavy loads, and is divisible to as small as 97,000 square feet.
