Designed by Issac & Stern Architects and developed by Brooklyn B Company Group, the structure yields 77 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 23 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $82,115 to $218,010.
Amenities include a playground, recreation room, rooftop terrace, package lockers, green space, pet-friendly policies, dog park, dog washing station, covered parking, bike storage lockers, electric vehicle charging stations, common area Wi-Fi, gym, and a virtual doorman. Units come equipped with washers and dryers, air conditioning, hardwood floors, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for household electricity, which includes electric stove, heat, and hot water.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three studios with a monthly rent of $2,395 for incomes ranging from $82,115 to $161,590; 17 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,655 for incomes ranging from $91,029 to $181,740; and three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,835 for incomes ranging from $131,486 to $218,010.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than September 23, 2024.
