The affordable housing lottery has launched for 2915 Albemarle Road, a seven-story mixed-use building in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Designed by NA Design Studio and developed by Candor Capital One, the structure yields 17 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are eight units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $111,532 to $181,740.
Amenities include bike storage lockers, shared laundry room, elevator, recycling center, gym, and a rooftop terrace. Units come equipped with air conditioning, intercoms, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are eight one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,253 for incomes ranging from $111,532 to $181,740.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 14, 2024.
