Available on NYC Housing Connect are four units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $79,869 to $154,080.
Amenities include virtual concierge, Wi-Fi in public areas, coworking space, elevators, on-site superintendent, shared laundry room, pet spa, rooftop terrace, courtyard with grilling and dining, bike storage room, fitness center, sauna, children’s playroom, and residential lounge. Unit are equipped with washers and dryers and name-brand kitchen appliances.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with an estimated sales price of $237,666 for incomes ranging from $79,869 to $111,840; one two-bedroom with an estimated sales price of $261,770 for incomes ranging from $95,843 to $134,160; one two-bedroom with an estimated sales price of $258,367 for incomes ranging from $95,843 to $134,160; and one three-bedroom with an estimated sales price of $267,588 for incomes ranging from $110,752 to $154,080.
Each buyer must occupy the cooperative as their primary residence. Eligible buyers may not purchase this housing opportunity in cash and must secure a mortgage in order to qualify. Eligible buyers should have 5 percent of the purchase price available for down payment. Any prospective applicant who currently owns or previously has purchased a residential property is ineligible. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than September 12, 2024.
