Whole Foods Market has announced a plan to bring its new quick-shop format grocery store, Daily Shop, to 1175 Third Avenue in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The store is set to open on September 18.
The new location will be one of the first Whole Foods Market Daily Shops to open following the grocer’s announcement of the new concept in March. Despite its smaller footprint compared to traditional Whole Foods Markets, the Daily Shop will offer an option for grab-and-go meals, snacks, weekly essentials, and ingredients to complete a meal. The store will feature a selection of fresh and seasonal produce, meat and seafood, prepared foods, breads, alcohol, supplements, and a range of local specialties.
In addition to this new location, Whole Foods Market plans to open a Daily Shop location at Stuyvesant Town. The opening date for that location has not yet been announced.

The Wed Sept 18 is for the new Lenox Hill store at 1175 Third Ave, NOT for the 14th St location. I know your interns have reading comprehension difficulties (is English their first language?), but the press release from Beam Living that you obviously got says “We are currently in the early stages of readying the space for the new store and look forward to sharing more information on an opening timeline later this year.”
Please, please install a deli counter!!!!! We have nothing nearby that isn’t pre packaged. Need fresh cut to order food
With the smaller footprint, it is a “Partial Foods.”
given the inflation, your bag will be only partially full with $150 (even after they actually reduced their bag size! they really did)
