Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 60 Berriman Street in East New York, Brooklyn. Located between Atlantic Avenue and Liberty Avenue, the lot is near the Shepherd Avenue subway station, served by the A and C trains. AJ Berriman LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 5,292 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 661 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 45-foot-long rear yard.
Alix Michel of Citiscape Consulting LTD is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
