Permits have been filed to expand a single-story structure into a four-story residential building at 366 Harman Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Irving Avenue and Wyckoff Avenue, the lot is near the Myrtle-Wyckoff Avenues subway station, served by the L train. David Dong is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 5,893 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 736 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar.

Robert Lin of A&T Engineering is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the project calls for an expansion. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
