Interior decoration and home staging company Staged To Sell Home has signed a long-term lease at Industry City, a 35-acre mixed-use campus in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. The firm has committed to a seven-year deal for 23,856 square feet in Building 22 that it will use as both an office and a showroom for the company’s inventory.
Industry City is home to more than 550 businesses across 16 buildings. A core feature of the complex is the Industry City Design District, which features more than 125,000 square feet of design retailers and studios along the 2nd Avenue corridor, showcasing both national and local brands.
Industry City is also home to a number of amenities, including a fitness center, frequent live events, and a variety of food vendors. Transit nearby the campus includes service for the D, N, and R trains.
“When I toured Industry City, I was immediately drawn to the vibrant community of design titans that have put down roots there,” said Jason Saft, founder of Staged To Sell Home. “It’s rare to find a work environment that checks every box as this one does. We are eager to make the space our own and look forward to keeping our team inspired with everything the campus has to offer, from the creative atmosphere to the myriad dining, retail, and entertainment opportunities.”

Would be nice if the ferry stop was closer.
