JCMLiving recently celebrated the completion of Rosera Wesmont, a new 295-unit residential community located at 200 Rosie Square in Wood-Ridge, New Jersey. Designed by Minno and Wasko Architects, the project marks the final residential phase of the 150-acre Wesmont Station redevelopment. JCMLiving celebrated the milestone with a ribbon cutting ceremony on June 18, joined by Wood-Ridge mayor Paul Sarlo, project partners, and community members.
Units at Rosera Wesmont are offered in confirmations ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. Amenities at the property span 35,000 square feet, and include a 13,000-square-foot pool with sundeck and courtyard, multi-level gym, yoga studio, coworking areas, sports simulators, sauna, and wellness spaces. Some residences feature private patios.
Beyond amenity space, the development includes 17,000 square feet of on-site retail space, 3,000 square feet of which is located within the building, and a 480-space parking garage. Transit near the property includes NJ Transit’s Wesmont Station, offering residents a direct, 30-minute train commute to Manhattan.
