The affordable housing lottery has launched for 88 Schermerhorn Street, a 20-story mixed-use building in Brooklyn Heights, Brooklyn. Designed by NA Design Studio, the structure yields 58 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 17 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $125,520 to $189,540.
Amenities feature a elevator and outdoor terraces including a rooftop terrace. Residences are equipped with washers and dryers, air conditioning, patios or balconies, intercoms, hardwood floors, energy-efficient appliances, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove and heat.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are 17 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,661 for incomes ranging from $125,520 to $189,540.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 1, 2025.

I love the way the side of the building has a pattern on it. I wish all buildings looked like that. So gross to see just a plain unwindowed side of the building. The designer was spot on
