Permits have been filed to expand a three-story structure into a five-story residential building at 598 16th Street in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. Located between Prospect Park Southwest and 11th Avenue, the lot is near the 15th Street-Prospect Park subway station, served by the F and G trains. Larry Josovich is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 56-foot-tall development will yield 7,265 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have five residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,453 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 32-foot-long rear yard.
Paul Lombardi of Design Studio Associates is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
