Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 221 Bradford Street in East New York, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Bradford Street and Glenmore Avenue, the lot is near the Van Siclen Avenue subway station, served by the C train. Glenmore 485 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 9,943 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 14 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 710 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have two open parking spaces.
Gerald Caliendo Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will not be needed as the lot is already vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
