Available on NYC Housing Connect are 19 units for residents at 40 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $39,189 to $189,540.

Amenities include bike storage lockers, package lockers, recreation room, virtual doorman, elevator, dog washing station, gym, storage, and a rooftop terrace. Residences include washers and dryers. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove, heat, and hot water.

At 40 percent of the AMI, there are five one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $869 for incomes ranging from $39,189 to $58,320, and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $976 for incomes ranging from $47,966 to $70,000.

At 60 percent of the AMI, there are eight one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,399 for incomes ranging from $57,360 to $87,480.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,253 for incomes ranging from $120,926 to $189,540, and one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $3,674 for incomes ranging from $135,360 to $189,540.

  2. In Twenty years when you go back to visit the neighborhood area you won’t recognize it. Everything will be different. Re developed. It is like being in a time capsule when you think of it. Only if you have been around for a while before the massive building changes.
