At 130 percent of the AMI, there are six studios with a monthly rent of $2,974 for incomes ranging from $106,320 to $168,480; five one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,084 for incomes ranging from $110,743 to $189,540; and one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $3,380 for incomes ranging from $122,538 to $227,500.

I use a Korean pharmacy and was told “Hana” means “number one.” The building stands on busy Northern Blvd. and is not the most sedate location.
we need more of this on every corridor.
5-6 story buildings like this should be the standard size building going up in the outer areas of the city.
