Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1461 56th Street in Borough Park, Brooklyn. Located between 14th and 15th Avenues, the lot is near the 55th Street subway station, served by the D train. Juda Klein is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 13,164 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have nine residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,462 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 27-foot-long rear yard.
Eliyohu Schneider of Mey Associates is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
