Permits have been filed for an 11-story mixed-use building at 1150 Broadway in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 20-foot-long side yard, and 24 enclosed parking spaces.
Kao Hwa Lee Architects PC is listed as the architect of record.
