Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 479 Herkimer Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Troy Avenue and Albany Avenue, the lot is one block from the Kingston–Throop Avenues subway station, served by the A and C trains. Sandra Ferrier is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 43-foot-tall development will yield 7,308 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 12 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 609 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Harriet Nikakis of HCN Design is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
