Located between Vandalia Avenue and Flatlands Avenue, the lot is near the East 105th Street subway station, served by the L train. The proposed 114-foot-tall development will yield 1,307,730 square feet, with 1,158,650 square feet designated for residential space, 113,353 square feet for community facility space, and 35,727 square feet for commercial space.
