Permits have been filed for an 18-story mixed-use building at 1035 Atlantic Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. 1. Seems like every building going up on Atlantic now is 18 stories and 99 units. We really need to close the 99-unit loophole.

  2. So, they don’t need to offer affordable housing. Atlantic avenue the next 4th avenue of mediocrity new developments.

  3. these real estate developers get these big tax breaks from 421A to 485X to jb something, anything to not put true affordable units in these buildings, and if they do its a sprinkle, NYC real estate developers control the strings on these politicians
