Permits have been filed for a 12-story residential building at 1663 East 18th Street in Homecrest, Brooklyn. Located between Kings Highway and Quentin Road, the lot is near the Kings Highway subway station, served by the B and Q trains. Oleg Krasnitskiy is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 115-foot-tall development will yield 29,984 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 44 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 681 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 20-foot-long rear yard, one enclosed parking space, and one open parking space.
Yuriy Menzak of Menzak Architect, P.C. is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
