Construction is nearing completion on Liora Club & Residences, a condominium development at 85 Cooper Avenue in Long Branch, New Jersey. Designed by Monteforte Architectural Studio and developed in a joint venture between Lincoln Equities Group, RWN Real Estate Partners, and Avenue Realty Capital, the development will yield 128 condominium units. The project will also include more than 41,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space, anchored by a nearly 12,000-square-foot interior amenity collection known as The Club.
Residences range from one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath layouts to three-bedroom, two-bath loft homes, with ceiling heights reaching up to 20 feet in select units. Each home includes private outdoor space and an in-home washer and dryer.
Outdoor amenities at Liora Club & Residences include a landscaped pool area, two courtyards, a Hydro Ther Spa, terraces with lounge and dining areas, an outdoor screening area with fire pits, a surf bar, and two pickleball courts. The property’s indoor amenities include a resident lounge with a bar and billiards, a multipurpose lounge with a catering kitchen, a wine lounge, fitness center with a private yoga studio, golf and multisport simulator lounge, game room, business lounge with private workstations, and a children’s playroom. Additional conveniences include a dog run, pet spa, garage parking, electric vehicle charging stations, bike storage, and resident storage.
The project is located approximately five minutes from the Long Branch station for the New Jersey Transit, and 15 minutes from the Seastreak ferry to Manhattan.

Interesting to me that people are choosing these “luxury” condos over houses in these areas. Tastes are changing sure but to me it seems we are all downwardly mobile–even the new money.
