Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 439 Liberty Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. Located between Liberty Avenue and Atlantic Avenue, the lot is near the Liberty Avenue subway station, served by the C train. Joel Weiner is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 72-foot-tall development will yield 20,865 square feet, with 18,623 square feet designated for residential space, 2,064 square feet for commercial space, and 176 square feet of community facility space. The building will have 26 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 718 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
