Construction is wrapping up at Vista Pointe at Port Imperial, a nine-story residential building at 8 Avenue at Port Imperial in West New York, New Jersey. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed in a joint venture between Toll Brothers City Living and Daiwa House, the structure will yield 73 condominium units. The property is located along the Hudson River waterfront at Port Imperial and Landings Lane.
The façade is largely complete with only minor touches left to finish around the main entrance and the outdoor swimming pool. Crews were seen delivering equipment to the site and nearly all of the landscaping and green lawns are in place.

A second phase will add an additional residential building directly southwest of the structure on a largely vacant plot. A construction timeline for this phase has yet to be announced.
The sales gallery is located at 10 Avenue at Port Imperial, but will be relocated into the new building upon its completion before the end of the year.
A lot of boxes
That retro, two tone look is unfortunate..
