Construction has topped out on RT600, an eight-story residential building at 350 Connell Drive within The Park in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners and developed by The Connell Company, the structure will yield 149 rental units in a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom layouts. The project will also include an outdoor pool and lounge deck, an entertainment lounge and game room, coworking space, and a fitness center. Height and floor area figures have yet to be publicly disclosed.

The Connell Company marked the milestone with a topping out ceremony on October 28, celebrating the completion of the building’s structural frame. SOCO Construction is managing work on RT600 and the north side of District Drive, with GS Ferguson serving as owner’s representative for the broader redevelopment.

RT600 is the second of two buildings rising at The Park under the Round Table Residences brand, following RT500, an 11-story, 179-unit structure that has opened for occupancy. The campus, long known as Connell Corporate Park, is undergoing a $500 million redevelopment from a traditional office complex into a destination neighborhood, with 1.5 million square feet of office space, a 176-room Embassy Suites hotel, and a 112,000-square-foot Life Time fitness facility.
Along District Drive, 160,000 square feet of dining, entertainment, and wellness concepts are beginning to open, including Boschetto, Emberside Brewery, Rosa Azul, and BASH’s MODO Hi-Fi Listening Bar. Cafe Exchange, a 6,000-square-foot café connected to RT500’s lobby, will hold its grand opening celebration on November 15. RT600’s anticipated opening is slated for fall 2027.
