Construction has broken ground on RT600, the second residential tower at The Park, a mixed-use campus in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. Developed by The Connell Company, the building will yield 149 units. Resident amenities will include a rooftop entertainment lounge and deck, pool, coworking space, and fitness center.

RT600 follows the recent topping out of RT500, the development’s first residential tower, which will contain 179 units over eleven stories. RT500 will also feature Café Exchange, a two-story café designed to serve as a community hub with coffee, wine, social spaces, and a book exchange. Both towers are part of a $500 million transformation of The Park that will add 300,000 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment along a walkable main street.
