Farm Development, led by Moshik Regev, has filed applications for a trio of three-story, three-unit residential buildings spanning the lots of 196-24 – 196-28 91st Avenue, in Hollis, east of Jamaica. The development will have a total 9 residential units split across 10,400 square feet, and Christopher V. Papa is designing. An existing two-story home passed pre-demolition inspection in March.
