Located in Downtown Brooklyn, the 286-unit residential project has been under construction for some time. We can now see a partial glimpse of the final façade, though only the backside of the topped-out, 13-story edifice.

Compared to the previous reveal, the building’s facade will now feature an expansive corner glass curtain wall, multiple atria, and additional greens spaces to both facilitate the flow of natural light and to improve the daily experience of occupants.
