J Frankl Architects recently revealed a series of updated renderings that show a newly revised exterior for 260 Gold Street. Located in Downtown Brooklyn, the 286-unit residential project has been under construction for some time. We can now see a partial glimpse of the final façade, though only the backside of the topped-out, 13-story edifice.

New renderings from J Frankl Architects reveal an updated design for 260 Gold Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Compared to the previous reveal, the building’s facade will now feature an expansive corner glass curtain wall, multiple atria, and additional greens spaces to both facilitate the flow of natural light and to improve the daily experience of occupants.
Construction is getting close to topping out at 260 Gold Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by J Frankl Associates and developed by Gold Street Realty Holdings, the 13-story residential project will yield 194,089 square feet divided among 286 units, for an average of 689 square feet apiece.
