Type A Real Estate Advisors and JASA recently completed a new affordable housing development at 1490 Southern Boulevard in The Bronx. The 100-percent affordable project is located in the borough’s Charlotte Gardens neighborhood and comprises 114 units for households making up to 50 percent area median income (AMI).
