Workers are forming the last floors of an eight-story, ten-unit building at 128 East 28th Street in NoMad. The low-rise residential building made quick progress since YIMBY checked in on the site in June, when excavation was still ongoing. TRA Studio is the designer and Sinha Development is the developer of the 80-foot-tall, 21,038-square-foot project.
Excavation is underway at 128 East 28th Street for a proposed eight-story, ten-unit building. The NoMad property will eventually feature a 21,038-square-foot residential structure that will rise 80 feet tall. Sinha Development is the developer of the 4,246-square-foot construction site while TRA Studio is the designer of the project.
Flatiron District-based Sinha Development has filed applications for a seven-story, 27-unit residential building at 336 East 112th Street, in East Harlem, four blocks from the 110th Street stop on the 6 train. The building will measure a total 21,658 square feet, which means units will average 802 square feet apiece. Tribeca-based TRA Studio Architecture is the architect of record, and the site’s former single-story building was demolished earlier this year.
