Permits have been filed for a 15-story residential building at 130 East 177th Street in Mt. Hope, The Bronx. Located between Morris Avenue and Grand Concourse, the interior lot is two blocks from the Tremont Avenue subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Jacob Barak of Postgraduate Center for Mental Health is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Located on the corner of East 142nd Street and St Ann’s Avenue, the corner lot is four blocks from the Brook Avenue subway station, serviced by the 6 train. New York City’s Housing Preservation and Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Permits have been filed for a 23-story tower at 575 Exterior Street in Concourse Village, The Bronx. Bordering the Harlem River, the lot, also known as 65 East 149th Street, is located on the corner of Exterior Street and East 149th Street. Vertu Hospitality has released preliminary renderings of Umbrella Hotel, a new development under construction in an industrial corner of the South Bronx. Located near the Harlem River at 164 Canal Street West in Mott Haven, the five story building will measure just under 31,000 square feet.
