Rendering Revealed for Badaly Architect’s 761 East 233rd Street in Wakefield, The Bronx

Two weeks ago, YIMBY reported on the filing of permits for 761 East 233rd Street. Designed by Badaly Architect PLLC, the seven-story residential building will be located in The Bronx’s Wakefield neighborhood. A look at the newly released rendering of the project reveals a red brick and white cement block facade. The ground floor of this corner lot development appears to house the 52-car parking garage.

Permits have been filed for an eight-story building at 218 Bush Street, in Mount Hope, The Bronx. Located between Anthony Avenue and Grand Concourse, the interior site is two blocks north of the Tremont Avenue subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Kim Tasher of SKF Development LLC is listed as a the owner behind the applications. The development group has also filed permits for 2306 Webster Avenue, 246 Echo Place and 976 Woodycrest Avenue in the borough.

New construction permits have been filed for a 17-story mixed-use building at 1761 Jerome Avenue, in The Bronx‘s Mount Hope neighborhood. The filing includes a mix of 63,093 square feet of residential space, 52,949 square feet of community space, and 7,538 square feet of commercial space, with a total scope of 139,271 square feet. The development lists Kyle Ervin of Services for the Underserved, a social services organization, as the owner behind the applications. The non-profit has developed several supportive and affordable housing buildings in the borough.
