Today, the Wall Street Journal is reporting that Coach has signed an agreement to be the first major tenant at Related’s Hudson Yards. While the agreement is reportedly non-binding, Coach has reportedly agreed to lease 600,000 square feet for its new headquarters–certainly enough to get the project off the ground.
